7 Brookfield Cottages is in the beautiful riverside fishing village of Lympstone in East Devon. The cottage has:

The Exe Cycleway passes by the front of the cottage making it the ideal location for walkers or cyclists who wish to visit Exmouth or Topsham.

The regular train service links the village with Exmouth and Exeter.

There is a small boat harbour just a few yards away and the local fisherman operates a fish store offering fresh fish, mussels and oysters from his latest catch.
