DIRECTIONS

Leave the M5 at junction 30 Exeter services and follow the A376 towards
Exmouth.  After about four miles you will pass the Lympstone Royal Marine camp on your right.  Take the next right signposted Lower Lympstone.  This is Nutwell Road.  Continue down this road for approximately three quarters of a mile. The road will straighten out after a series of tight bends and you will reach a junction. Bear right down into the village. The cottage is on the left just past the village store and opposite the Swan Inn.
There is no parking but the village car park can be found by turning first left on the bridge immediately after the cottage. Left again at the junction and the car park is on the left. A weekly ticket is available for a fee of £25. There is normally enough room for you to unload outside the cottage before going to the car park.
